The Mounds View Basketball Association (MVBA) exists to provide an opportunity for boys and girls to compete in an environment that emphasizes fundamental basketball skills, teamwork, good sportsmanship, and the development of a healthy positive attitude. Winning, although important, is secondary to learning the game and having fun.
2012 In-House Tournament
The tournament will be held on February 11th and 12th. Games to be played at Island Lake and Chippewa Middle School.

MVBA POSITIONS OPEN
The Mounds View Basketball Association (MVBA) is always looking for people to volunteer their time as a board member or a coach in our program. The MVBA board helps run our Little Mustangs, In-House, and Traveling basketball programs. If you have kids in our program, please consider donating a little bit of your time to help run our successful basketball association.
Each year the number of participants grows, which requires an even greater need for voluntary directors, board members, coaches and assistant coaches. You do not need extensive experience to be a board member or a coach, you just need the willingness to have fun with kids and help out with our program. You’ll find that a little bit of your time can help in large ways.
As a board member you can choose to help in several different capacities. We have several at-large director positions that can help us out. What it’s all about is helping your community and having fun with other fellow basketball enthusiasts. We have a few key volunteer positions available for you.
